Welcome to the AETC Networking event
26.-28.5.2025 in Kirkenes

We’re happy to welcome all AETC companies to the next AETC event in Kirkenes!
Join us in Kirkenes from May 26–28, 2025, for an inspiring networking event.This time, we will focus on three key themes within AETC activities:

🔹 The Value of Tourism – In collaboration with our partner SPI, we will combine theory with practical discussions on a tool designed to measure the impact of tourism and its real-world applications.
🔹 Code of Conduct – A major focus of this event, where participants will actively contribute to shaping a shared Code of Conduct for travelers, stakeholders, and companies.
🔹 Arctic Europe Branding – Presentation of the brand book by Oh My and insights into how travelers perceive Arctic Europe, exploring the messaging that resonates with them.

Over two days, we will come together to exchange ideas, strengthen cross-border collaboration, and engage in meaningful discussions, with plenty of time for networking.

SCHEDULE

26.5.2025 Monday
Dinner at Thon Hotel Kirkenes (at your own costs) starting at 18.30 (Nor, Swe) 19.30 (Fin). Dinner will be paid on site. Price: 665 NOK/person, excluding drinks.
27.5.2025 Tuesday
The event begins at 8.30 and we’ll finish our day by 16.30.
Evening program: Site visit and dinner at Snowhotel Kirkenes.
28.5.2025 Wednesday
The second day begins at 8.30 and we’ll finish our day at 13.00 with a networking lunch.

REGISTRATION
Participation cost for one person per company will be covered by the AETC -project. This includes:

Accommodation in Kirkenes (26.-28.5)
Lunches, coffees and conference facilities
Networking dinner 27.5.2025 at Snowhotel Kirkenes
